01How is the daily word chosen?+
Apt Words selects one word from its bundled library for each calendar day. Everyone can revisit saved words, history, and topic collections at any time.
02How does adaptive practice work?+
Practice prioritizes words that are due for review and adjusts their next review date based on whether you remembered them. You can also choose a fixed Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced level.
03Where are my custom words and collections stored?+
They are stored locally inside Apt Words on your iPhone. Apt Words does not require an account or upload your learning library to a developer-operated server.
04Why did I not receive the daily reminder?+
Open the Apt Words profile screen and confirm that Daily Reminder is enabled. Then check Settings → Notifications → Apt Words and make sure notifications are allowed.
05How do I add the Home Screen widget?+
Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Edit, choose Add Widget, search for Apt Words, and select the small or medium daily-word widget.
06How do I remove my data?+
Individual favorites, collections, and custom words can be removed inside Apt Words. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to any device backups you control.
